Rijad is a passionate coach and mentor who thrives on helping others push past their limits and discover what they’re truly capable of. His energy, dedication, and unwavering belief in his athletes make him more than just a trainer—he’s a motivator, a role model, and a driving force behind their success.
Whether he’s in the weight room, on the field, or guiding young athletes through their journey, Rijad brings a contagious enthusiasm for strength, resilience, and personal growth. He believes that fitness isn’t just about building muscle—it’s about building character, confidence, and the mindset to take on any challenge in life.
Beyond traditional coaching, Rijad is deeply committed to working with individuals of all abilities and backgrounds, including those with physical and cognitive disabilities such as autism, Alzheimer’s, and other neurodivergent conditions. He believes that strength training and movement can be transformative for everyone, and he adapts his coaching to meet each person’s unique needs. His experience with Special Olympics athletes and other adaptive training programs has reinforced his belief that fitness should be inclusive, empowering, and accessible to all.
With a natural ability to connect with people and inspire them to be their best, Rijad is committed to creating a positive and supportive environment where athletes can thrive—regardless of their starting point. His goal isn’t just to help individuals get stronger physically but to instill a lifelong love for health, wellness, and self-improvement
